Introducing the vb&t tenant app

2023 promises to be a very special year for vb&t Real Estate Management. This year, we are launching our vb&t tenant app!

Automation milestone

For vb&t, this is an important milestone, as extensive automation has been implemented in recent years to enable the rollout of the tenant app. This makes us a frontrunner in property management.

Digital infrastructure 

2022 was characterized by our implementation of ZIG's customer tracking system (KVS) and the rollout of the vb&t tenant portal. With the customer tracking system, we are building an integrated customer profile that records all tenant contact. It also allows us to see at a glance precisely what is happening with our tenants, complexes, and portfolios.

Using the ZIG platform, we are implementing a secure digital infrastructure that brings us closer to our tenants and responds to their needs and desires. Linked to the customer tracking system, we also launched approximately 3,000 tenant portals in 2022, which tenants are now making frequent use of.

vb&t tenants app 

In 2023, we took the important and necessary step towards the vb&t tenant app. With our vb&t app, we make it even easier for tenants to arrange all matters concerning their rental property.

This way, a tenant can submit a repair request, view rent payments, and read all important information regarding their rental property in the vb&t knowledge base. By using the app, our service provision becomes even more accessible to our tenants.

App features

The vb&t app allows us to:
