Today, the first homes at De Groene Kaap have been handed over.
The Green Cape from a bird's-eye view
De Groene Kaap is a unique complex of residential towers, stacked city homes, inner courtyards, roof gardens and a walkway from the main entrance right over the rooftops. There are a total of five residential towers offering a great variety of apartments. Nestled between the residential towers, you'll find stacked family homes spread over two or three floors. This creates an intimate courtyard in the centre, complete with planting, play elements and ambient evening lighting. These courtyards are only accessible to residents of the courtyard homes and can be secured with a gate. One of the residential towers and the city homes on the quayside are owner-occupied properties. The remaining homes are rental properties.
About rooftop gardens and neighbours
In addition to very spacious family homes of 160 m², there are also two-room apartments with a living area of 45 m² and larger city apartments with three, four or five rooms. With its green courtyard gardens and roof gardens, this special project truly lives up to its name. The natural outdoor spaces are unique in the Netherlands and invite spontaneous encounters, outdoor play, and urban gardening.
