After celebrating the first major live launch of the vb&t tenant app on 1 August, the third quarter of 2023 was dedicated to its further rollout.
We're keeping up the pace!
Following the integration of the vb&t app into the Altera portfolio in August, we fully equipped the entire CBRE portfolio with the app in the final quarter of 2023! This now allows approximately 4,000 tenants to use the app.
Automation milestone
An important milestone for vb&t because in recent years we have put a lot of effort into automation to realise the roll-out of the tenants app. This makes us frontrunners in property management. In 2023, we will take the important and necessary step towards the vb&t tenants app to make it even easier for tenants to arrange all matters around the rental property. This will allow tenants to submit repair requests, see their rent payments and read all the important information around their rental property in the vb&t knowledge base.
The app allows us to:
• Communicate better and faster with our tenants;
• To have a better overview of everything affecting the tenant;
• To increase the satisfaction of our tenants;
• Proactively communicate with our tenants;
- Residential matters are easy to arrange yourself online.
Implementation and service delivery
In the coming period, we will also be implementing the vb&t app for a number of other portfolios.
