Following a tender, vb&t Vastgoedmanagement has been selected as a partner for Amvest for the management of the residential portfolio in North Holland. This will expand and strengthen the existing collaboration with Amvest.

Digitalisation of the customer journey
Strengthening cooperation provides the opportunity to work together from dedicated teams to optimise service provision. To achieve this, investment will be made in the ICT infrastructure and the further digitisation of the tenant's customer journey to, on the one hand, increase efficiency and, on the other hand, improve tenant satisfaction. It is not for nothing that vb&t's motto is: automate and digitise what can be done, and deploy employees where this adds value.
All tenants will be provided with the vb&t app, which will enable them to arrange housing matters more easily and quickly.

Investing in a long-term partnership
The deployment of dedicated teams also makes it possible to improve the quality of service provision for the client. A lot is changing with regard to governance, changing laws and regulations, data management, and ESG. This long-term collaboration offers opportunities to take the next steps in this area as well.
In total, this amounts to over 2,200 homes, located in North Holland, which will be managed from 1 January and 1 February 2024. vb&t will be responsible for both management and rental. This will be carried out by a dedicated team from the Amsterdam office, bringing the total number of managed properties to over 7,000.
