There are a total of five residential towers offering a great variety of apartments. Nestled between the residential towers, you'll find stacked family homes spread over two or three floors. This creates an intimate courtyard in the centre, complete with planting, play elements and ambient evening lighting. These courtyards are only accessible to residents of the courtyard homes and can be secured with a gate. One of the residential towers and the city homes on the quayside are owner-occupied properties. The remaining homes are rental properties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About rooftop gardens and neighbours<\/strong><br \/>\nIn addition to very spacious family homes of 160 m\u00b2, there are also two-room apartments with a living area of 45 m\u00b2 and larger city apartments with three, four or five rooms. With its green courtyard gardens and roof gardens, this special project truly lives up to its name.
