Guldenwater offers space for 7 park homes and 177 apartments, of which 85 are located in Blue. A parking garage will be built between the residential blocks, the roof of which will be used as a communal courtyard garden. Think of a butterfly garden with a winding path and a diversity of plants. The variation in size, layout, and number of floors creates 15 different types of homes. The apartments are equipped with a modern open Bribus kitchen with Siemens built-in appliances, a beautifully finished bathroom, and a separate toilet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sustainable living<\/strong><br \/>\nBlue has been built with great attention to sustainability. This results in an energy label A for the homes in Blue. With extra good insulation, connection to a geothermal (WKO) system, and solar panels on the roof that are used for this geothermal system, the complex is delivered energy-efficiently. The individual homes are equipped with an induction hob, and with heating via the geothermal system, a gas connection is no longer necessary. This contributes to a reduction in the consumption of fossil fuels and makes the apartments future-proof!<\/p>\n<p><strong>A modern neighbourhood in historic Delft<\/strong><br \/>\nWhere a railway viaduct previously split the city in two, a new, modern district is now emerging, making Delft whole again. Nieuw Delft is buzzing with development plans. For instance, a new civic office will be built, housing the new station hall with the underground train station and a cycle park. This remarkable building will form the link between the new district and Delft's historic city centre. A wide variety of homes are being created, from self-build plots to modern apartment buildings like Guldenwater.
