Maar wist je dat dit in de wintermaanden nog belangrijker is? Door de kou buiten neigen we er namelijk gauw naar om alle ramen dicht te houden. Maar hierdoor loop je onbewust het risico dat vocht en schimmel zich ophopen in je woning. En dat kan gevolgen hebben voor je gezondheid. Een fris en gezond huis krijg je door 24 uur per dag te ventileren. Het is belangrijk dat je luchtroosters altijd open laat staan en dat je de roosters twee keer per jaar goed schoonmaakt.
