To be able to deal with your questions or requests as quickly as possible, we need to have the correct information. We have drawn up a number of standard forms for this. The correct address is given on the form so that your question or request goes straight to the staff member responsible.

Application form for co-tenancy
This form is intended to be used if the tenancy agreement is in the name of two tenants and, due to divorce or the end of the relationship, you wish to have the tenancy agreement put into one name. Please complete this form in full, provide the information requested, sign it to show agreement and send it to vb&t Real Estate Management, for the attention of contract records [contractadministratie]. You can download this form as a PDF here. You will need to have installed Acrobat Reader to be able to read a PDF file.

Application form to change name on tenancy agreement due to marriage or death
This form is intended to be used if the tenancy agreement is in the name of two tenants and one of them dies and the co-tenant wishes to continue the tenancy agreement. This form is also intended for tenants who are getting married or entering into a registered partnership. Application form for permission for a temporary lodger or cohabitation
This form is intended for tenants who wish to have a temporary lodger or who wish to cohabit permanently. Application form change/renovation
This form is intended to request permission for tenants who wish to make major changes to the rented property, both inside and outside.

These are changes of a more permanent nature and which can only be restored to their original state by incurring significant costs.

Examples include: a different kitchen, a new bathroom, the installation of internal walls, the replacement of internal doors and the like) or the retrofitting of radiators.

Application form for the fitting of hard floor coverings
This form is for requesting permission for tenants who wish to lay hard flooring (laminate, tiles and the like).
Special conditions apply to the laying of hard floor coverings in a home, depending on the type of floor:

Conditions of housing with cement screed without underfloor heating
Conditions house with cement screed with underfloor heating
Conditions house with cement screed with underfloor heating and floating screed
Conditions house with anhydrite floor with floating screed
Conditions of dwelling with anhydrite floor with underfloor heating
Conditions house with anhydrite floor with underfloor heating and floating screed

If you do not know what the construction floor in your house is, ask your letting agent. They can inform you about this.

Reporting Nuisance
If you experience nuisance from your neighbors, you should first contact your neighbors yourself. The perpetrator is often unaware of the fact that he / she is causing nuisance. If you are unable to find a solution together with your neighbors, please complete the following.
