We do our utmost for you, but it is always possible that you are dissatisfied about a particular situation. Perhaps you are not satisfied about services, about the way you were assisted in our letting office or on the phone or about companies that carry out work for vb&t in or on your accommodation. Do not hesitate to let us know. We will come up with a solution as quickly as possible and at the same time it will help us to improve the quality of our services.

What happens to your complaint?
As soon as we receive your complaint, the Board of Directors of vb&t will look into it. A satisfactory solution will be sought in conjunction with the members of staff involved. We aim to let you know within two weeks how we will deal further with your complaint or how we will solve it.
Send us the right form
You can report your complaint in writing by means of the Complaints Form. If your complaint concerns nuisance or the quality of life in or around your accommodation, please use the Form for Reporting Nuisance.
